Former student:

Billy, impossible to get out!

Here is the case of Billy, an adorable crossbreed dog.
But he turned into real terror when he had to go for a walk. He constantly pulled his leash, barked at passers-by and attacked the dogs he passed. ...Billy actually had never learned to walk on a leash, and had never even learned to observe his surroundings without fear. He is a crossbreed dog who had been taken in by a loving family but loving him was not enough. He had to be socialized, educated and explained to him about the world around him; once things were done Billy learned to behave properly and the whole family was calmer.

frequently asked Questions

There are several reasons for this concern: maybe there is a lack of activities? maybe he had a bad experience with a car or a bike? Maybe he is afraid of it? Maybe it is predation? To respond to this kind of problem, you need a debriefing session to profile your companion.

Your puppy destroys everything because he just doesn't know what he should or shouldn't do, it's part of his education! Think of dental pain, it's a dog but it's still a baby.

I would say that for the majority of adult dogs or young adults who do not have the recall, it is a poor learning from puppy, hence the importance of getting closer to professionals who match you from the youngest age of your dog.

Again, this is a problem with poor learning, or even lack of learning when your companion was a puppy. And sometimes, it is a relational concern or a problem of fears rooted towards the outside. (but these latter hypotheses do not represent the majority of cases at all)
